ABOUT US Management Team
Larry Chen, President and CEO
Mr. Chen is responsible for setting the company's overall strategy and operations. Mr. Chen was previously senior vice president of network services and CIO of Citadon, Inc (formerly Bidcom, Inc.), responsible for building a highly scaleable and available infrastructure to support Citadon's global customers with their mission critical businesses. Before joining Bidcom where he served as chief technology officer (CTO) and was a co-founder, he worked with Oracle Corporation, where he had a variety of technical responsibilities, including Web development, database management and software engineering.
Mr. Chen has over ten years of experience in the technology industry. Mr. Chen was the chair of the Construction/Project Management working group of the aecXML Project, a building industry consortium chartered to standardize the definition and exchange of architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) data. Mr. Chen is a frequent speaker and panelist at technology and industry conferences. Mr. Chen has frequently worked with major members of the technology management community serving on InfoWorld's CTO Advisory Council and the board of the IAI (International Alliance of Interoperability) as well as the advisory boards of several technology companies.
Mr. Chen holds an MS in Computer Science from the Univ. of California at Davis, and a BS in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Doug Jett, EVP Worldwide Sales
Doug Jett is vice president of worldwide sales for SRS2 responsible for leading the company's direct and channel sales programs globally. Prior to joining SRS2, Jett was vice president of sales at Aligo, Inc., an innovator in enterprise mobile computing. In this position, he was responsible for direct, channel and strategic accounts. Before that, he served as senior vice president of worldwide sales at Luna Information Systems where he formulated, implemented and managed the worldwide strategic sales and global accounts teams. While at Luna, Jett's team delivered more than three straight years of 100% growth rate revenue. Jett also held sales executive positions with Proxicom, Eastman Kodak Corporation and RDC Networks.
James Wang, VP China Operation
Mr. Wang assists in expanding SRS2's offshore software development capabilities by developing and nurturing strategic relationships with leading software and technology firms in China. Mr. Wang also oversees the integration of the firm's offshore development resources into the entire economic chain in the end-to-end software development process.
Mr. Wang was chief strategic consultant of Shanghai Baud Data Communication Co., Ltd., where he advised the organization, management and sales/marketing aspects of the business operation. He was also a Senior Consultant of the Shanghai office of Achieveglobal (USA) where he provided consulting and training services in leadership, sales management and team work to multinational corporations including Dell, Compaq, HP, BP, Coca-Cola and Alianz life insurance. Before that, Mr. Wang was South China Regional Manager at Siemens Nixdorf in charge of sales, marketing and customer services, after his stint as a sales manager at AST Research Co, and a system engineer and project manager at Shanghai Foxboro Co.
Mr. Wang has over ten years of managerial, consulting and technical experience in China's burgeoning IT industry. He holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a BS in Computer Science from Shanghai Fu Dan University.
Nitin Gaglani, VP Services
Nitin Gaglani is vice president of services, responsible for the service definitions, presales support, and the project delivery with a strong focus on operational efficiencies and standardization of processes. Prior to joining SRS2, Mr. Gaglani was Sr. Product Manager at Escalate Inc. an innovating enterprise enabling supply chain for retail industry utilizing the internet technology. Before that he was global IT manager at Seagate Technology where he was responsible for global implementation of Oracle Financial modules and for defining corporate strategy for adopting and deploying new technologies like web services. Mr Gaglani was also a founding member of Teamscape Corp., a learning management software company responsible for defining and developing business processes and data model. Mr. Gaglani also held Sr. consultants positions at KPMG and at Oracle Corporation in UK and USA.
Mr. Gaglani has over 15 years of managerial, consulting, and technical experience working in USA, UK, Dubai (UAE), and India.
Sharna Kahn, VP Engagement Management
Sharna's responsibility includes building revenue by maintaining and strengthening the relationships with SRS2 clients and expanding new channel sales. She enables ongoing opportunities with existing and past clients by ensuring satisfaction at all the client touch points.
Sharna brings over 25 years of technology services business development and delivery leadership having held key senior level roles with global companies including NEC, KPMG, Sapient, Oracle and Satyam Computer Services. Pairing her command of Fortune 1000 enterprise business needs and knowledge of IT outsourcing business benefits, she successfully architected e-CRM and BPO solutions to drive a combined revenue stream of over $65 Million through directing channel partners, managing sales teams and overseeing delivery.
