Min Zhu, President and Chief Technical Officer, WebEx
Min’s career spans 14 years, including experience with mainframes, database systems, networking and communications, telephony, PC collaboration software and expert systems.
Min developed his technology expertise at the IBM Scientific Center in Palo Alto. He was also the deputy to the chief technical officer of Price Waterhouse and the vice president of Expert Edge, a software design company. In 1991, Min co-founded Future Labs (one of the first companies to produce multi-point document collaboration software). Quarterdeck acquired Future Labs in 1996, and Min went on to co-found WebEx.
Min holds an M.S. in Engineering from Stanford University.
Daryl Magana, Chairman and Founding Partner
Mr. Magana is a recognized leader in the technology business world. He founded Bidcom, Inc. in 1997, which, with his vision and leadership, revolutionizes the way the building industry conducted business and has successfully grown to be the leader in the industry. Bidcom has recently merged with Cephren to become Citadon. Before Bidcom, Mr. Magana held numerous executive level management positions in successful technology and industry organizations.
Daryl Magana is a repeated guest lecturer at Stanford University, University of California Berkeley and Harvard Business School. He has been quoted in major publications and magazines including Business 2.0, Red Herring, Fortune, Wired, Upside Magazine, The Economist and Computerworld. Additionally, he has been featured on various broadcast programs, including CNNfn and CIO Radio. He is a frequent industry spokesman at events such as Internet World, Forbes eBusiness Conference, Delphi eBusiness Summit, AEC Systems and AIA Conference.
Larry Chen, President & CEO and Founding Partner
Mr. Chen was previously senior vice president of network services and CIO of Citadon, Inc (formerly Bidcom, Inc.), responsible for building a highly scaleable and available infrastructure to support Citadon's global customers with their mission critical businesses. Before joining Bidcom where he served as chief technology officer (CTO) and was a co-founder, he worked with Oracle Corporation, where he had a variety of technical responsibilities, including Web development, database management and software engineering.
Mr. Chen has over ten years of experience in the technology industry. Mr. Chen was the chair of the Construction/Project Management working group of the aecXML Project, a building industry consortium chartered to standardize the definition and exchange of architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) data. Mr. Chen is a frequent speaker and panelist at technology and industry conferences. Mr. Chen has frequently worked with major members of the technology management community serving on InfoWorld's CTO Advisory Council and the board of the IAI (International Alliance of Interoperability) as well as the advisory boards of several technology companies.
Mr. Chen holds an MS in Computer Science from the Univ. of California at Davis, and a BS in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
